| Class Descriptions |
Mysore Traditional Ashtanga yoga. Students follow a series of postures working at their own pace. Some knowledge of the sequence is required.
Level 1 A led class that covers salute to the sun, standing poses and some seated poses.
Beginners Courses (bookings required) Beginners 1 - 6 week gentle introduction to Ashtanga yoga. Beginners 2 - 6 week course for students who have completed Beginners 1.
Kids Vibrant and fun! For 6+ years.
